Paintings, music and wine appeal to our different senses. Paintings stimulate the sense of sight, music the sense of hearing, and wine the senses of smell and taste. Our presenter Dr. Joseph Pang believes that simultaneous stimulation of our various senses by these art forms can increase our appreciation and enjoyment of all of them. In this evening's programme, he will present and match visual art, music and tasting of wines under the theme of sensuality. This will be followed by dinner with wine pairings selected by Dr. Pang.

Presenter
Dr. Joseph Pang graduated from Cambridge University in 1972 and trained in respiratory medicine at various London teaching hospitals, including St. Bartholomew's, Brompton, and University College Hospital. Returning to Hong Kong in 1984, he was Head of Respiratory Medicine at the newly established medical school at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), responsible for setting up the specialty. He held senior positions in the Hong Kong Thoracic Society, the Hong Kong Lung Foundation and the Hong Kong and Macau Chapter of the American College of Chest Physicians during his tenure as Senior Lecturer in CUHK. At present, he is in private practice but remains actively involved with these specialist organizations.

With a life-long interest in art, music, wine and travelling, Dr. Pang is always exploring ways to integrate the enjoyment of these activities.
